"We made an appointment for Teoma to come in and meet with our executives. Our corporate executives were very impressed with how eager Teoma was to work with ACN. They really presented themselves well," Martin said. "Teoma provided the consulting and expertise to coach us throughout the decision-making process. But it was the personal contact and customer service that won us over. They gave us the feeling that they wanted to work with us and not just sell us a product but provide a consultative solution understanding our infrastructure and applications."

"There was a little bit of distaste for Avaya and the other partners we had worked with," Martin said. "We felt like we had basically been gouged. Teoma not only came up with a really good solution to move us forward in our communications strategy, but also cleaned up the existing mess with our equipment lease. They managed to get us a new lease, upgrade our systems and lower our monthly costs."

"One of the things we are looking for is an Avaya global partnership, and Teoma is helping us build that relationship," Martin said. "I've never worked with a partner who went so far out of the way to make sure I was getting what I needed, when I needed it. They jumped through hoops to make it happen. From sales force to engineers and everybody in between, Teoma really went the extra mile."
