"When we started planning our move, we knew we needed to come up with our own server and everything, brand new," said Becky Zylstra, Fund Administrator for Huron Capital. "You don't even realize how many components are involved, especially when you know very little about technology. You just know there's this room full of humming equipment in it and it makes everything function."

"We needed someone to help us with the move, but more importantly we wanted someone who could cover everything IT-related," Zylstra said. "I'm not very technically inclined - my function here is to do accounting, advertising and other things around the office. Teoma came in and gave us a presentation and showed how they could handle the planning, the implementation and the ongoing support."

"Teoma came in asked us how security-conscious we are, how sensitive we are to data loss, all the important questions," Zylstra said. "They showed us everything that was available and helped us sort through the full gamut of options."

"One of their suggestions was that we take a staged approach," she said. "For example, they went ahead and set up our new workstations in the old space so that we could work out any kinks and questions prior to the move. There were certain things that couldn't be done until we actually moved but they did as much in advance as possible to minimize the number of glitches once we got into our new offices."

"We were working on an archaic phone in our old office - equipment passed down from the other people in the office," Zylstra said. "The new phone system has so many great functions that we're very excited about. Teoma provided us with training and we're learning how to utilize the system to its full potential."

"Whenever there's a problem or a question, everybody in the office comes to me but I just turn around and call Teoma," she said. "They provide very personal service - I'm on a first-name basis with several of their support staff. It's so much easier to have one contact instead of having to call a bunch of different people for a solution. They handle everything technical for us."
