"We have an office in Cleveland with 80 employees, but several of us moved into the Detroit area to better serve Ford Motor Co. and our other clients in the automotive industry," said Peter King, a partner in the firm. "I was referred to Teoma by one of their clients „ they told me what a great job Teoma had done for them. We sat down with them and discussed what they could do for us and when I compared it to other companies they came out way ahead."
"They even recommended software that would interface with the systems in our Cleveland office," King said. "And they gave us a structure that will enable us to continue to grow rather rapidly."
"They did a wonderful job," King said. "Their technicians worked tirelessly to get the systems in. One particular tech came in between Christmas and New Year's Day. It was unbelievable the effort he put forth to meet the deadline.
"He also made sure we had exactly what we needed. He was in constant communication with me, and put things in layman's terms so I could understand what he was working on and what he needed from us. That made it really made it simple," he added.
"She put us in touch with the right people and walked us through a lot of things when we had to deal with outside suppliers such as the phone company and Microsoft," he said.
"Before long we will be updating everything in Cleveland „ not only our office systems but our accounting system, payroll system, everything. And we plan to turn all of that over to Teoma. Because of the way they handled this project, we are definitely looking to utilize their services for other projects down the road."
"This could have been the kind of project that keeps you up at night," King said. "But Teoma took care of everything and made it so smooth. I am very impressed with their capabilities and look forward to working with them on future projects."
