"We needed to expand our existing PBX, which was in a closet that wasn't sufficiently built," said Kevin Rattigan, Assistant Vice President, Marsh. "The air conditioning wasn't sufficient so we decided to expand the computer room, which was located on another floor, and move the PBX up there. With the upgrades and the new cabling that was required, it was basically a new install."

"Even after we contracted with Teoma, some of our target dates weren't set in stone - but Teoma remained flexible as the schedule changed and as the scope of the work changed a bit," he said. "They just rolled with it, and we got everything done that we needed. They were very responsive to our needs. With some business partners, you can get wide variations in their levels of service or their expertise. But Teoma was great. They are definitely one we would stick with."
